Am I required to store long-term?
No, we offer flexible month-to-month leases.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store perishables, living plants or animals, flammable or hazardous items, stolen or illegal items. If you have questions about a specific item, give us a call.
Is the facility safe and secure?
Downtown Storage is always safe and secure. We’ve installed a state-of-the-art video surveillance system. In addition, our on-site managers are always keeping an eye out.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Make your monthly payments online using a credit or debit card. You can also sign up for automatic payments to ensure that you never miss a payment.
Do you offer loading tools?
We make it easy to load and unload your items with FREE dollies and hand carts.
What documentation do I need to reserve a storage unit?
All you need is a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID.
