A great storage facility! Lots of options of sizes, multiple loading bays and ramps, and easy online portal for account use. We ended up needing a second unit and the process was very smooth. Absolutely wonderful and diligent main office staff, especially Carmen, she was very helpful in sorting out our account(s).

Clean. Climate controlled. Secure. Amazing customer service. Office is a zen garden with live plants and fish tanks. Super chill. I will be doing business with them again when I’m in need of storage.

I am delighted with the service, care and cleanliness of Downrown Storage! When I rented my locker, I didn’t have a lock but still left several items in my new locker. I bought a lock and went back to put the lock on and was surprised to find a lock already there! Nora, who had signed me up, seamlessly, by the way, had put a lock on my locker to ensure the safety of my possessions! Highly recommended❤️💫
